Bit of a spending spree.
Things I Bought These Past Few Weeks And Why
Airpods Max
Why? Too much time with Airpods Pros in my ears was causing pain (I listen to music all day).
Worth it? So far, yes. I got green, and I like how they look. I wore them 5 hours in a row first day, no pain. The transparency mode is great. I had full conversations with headphones on, no hearing issues.

Why? I wanted to look at my phone less, and freeform write more.
Worth it? Unreal buy. I love this thing. It is basically the perfect Subway commute device. It's fun, small, allows you to write, think, and read. I reach for my phone much less.
SleepMe Chilipad Cube
Why? I night sweat bad, and it's gross. It wakes me up, dehydrates me, makes life miserable.
Worth it? Only one night in, but I woke up DRY. THIS IS HUGE IF REPEATABLE. Will update in near future.
iPhone 15 Pro Max
Why? My phone (iPhone 13) was fine honestly. I did want one major QoL improvement: to be able to open my camera very fast. The action button does this well.
Worth it? I was able to get $320 trade in on my old phone, and I use my phone every day, and I need to upgrade eventually, so gonna go with yes.
