A Body to Die In is a philosophy. It's not meant to be rushed. It's meant to be taken seriously in the sense that you do the best that you can. But that means that you know that you're doing the best that you can, and not just pretending that you are.
Though it seems that I've approached a plateau with weight loss, I'll keep pushing forward with the plan of counting calories and the kettlebell workouts at the gym. Even with the stress of my launch party quickly reaching its emotional peak, I'll keep trying to keep the ship afloat. Perfect care of a body is a stewardship of force and forgiveness.
