i havent talked abt ycb in a while (a week? more? XD) on the site, but here's where im currently @ (in no particular order):

  1. moving from sqlite to postgres w rls for user entries
    1. (thoughts: im dissapointed that there is no clear way to both encrypt data on the cloud and leave it available for full text search, but we push forward. some options below in (b) for users to choose from)
    2. different encryption levels: self hosted ycb instance w/ docker compose > managed but no full text search (encrypted entries in db) > fts enabled (entries not encrypted)
  2. landing page
    1. (thoughts: i keep putting this off lol – but im getting the copy down at least – see below for "flow")

    3. tagline – heading 1: a self organizing scrapbook heading 2: for those who are serious about collecting their thoughts
